Polenta Festival in Viepri
Viepri is a hamlet of Massa Martana: in March or April, the festival is dedicated to traditional Umbrian cuisine, with polenta as the main dish, accompanied by meat delicacies, typical desserts and local wines. The event also includes dance evenings with local orchestras.
"Li Strangozzi co’ li Sparici" Festival in Eggi
In April or May, in Eggi, a hamlet of Spoleto, the festival is dedicated to strangozzi and wild asparagus, with craft markets.
